Have you reached your fitness goals yet. We’ve noticed that half of the people we stared with have already dropped out. If its due to laziness think back on the past few summers when you were wishing you had put more of an effort into it. Bikinis are already coming out of hiding. Are you ready to wear yours?

This weekend both locations are a go as long as we get enough interest.

Boot camp is again on this Sunday! I’m tired of the excuses ladies, all of the, I’m too busy, or the I’m too tired, and I love the, I can’t afford it right now. Remember although we usually workout for vanity, we are simotaneously working on our health. Not only do we want to look good, we want to have a more fulling, healthy life. Fitness is an investment in yourself. You matter. An hour for yourself, outside for $10-15 is no big deal. I know you’ve gone out to lunch this week, or purchased more than one latte. So don’t convince yourself to sit on the sidelines of your life. Play your game to win it.

We will be at the same locations. The weather is ideal, let’s go sweat!

San Ramon

We will be meeting on the track. For convenience please park in the parking lot in between the pool and the tennis courts! Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes early.

Fremont

Los Cerritos 11am $10

We will be meeting in the small parking lot between Brookvale Elementary school and baseball field! Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes early.

The forcast forsees rain this weekend and even a little bit of thunder. We will give this bootcamp a chance, but if its pouring both locations will be cancelled. As of right now there is a 50/50 chance that we will be on.

SAN RAMON. This bootcamp is cancelled!!!

However the Fremont Boot Camp is still on! Lets hope for sunshine!

FREMONT. This Sunday at 11a.m. Join Rita for Boot Camp in Fremont at Los Cerritos Community Park right next to Brookvale Elementary. Please be sure that if you are attending that it is the smaller parking lot that is closest to Paseo Padre.

Buy in is $10

If you are planning to attend either Boot Camp please RSVP so we know how many to expect, and arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign waivers. Lets hope that the weather is nice this Sunday!!!

Exciting Bootcamp News!!!

This weekend we are on for another Sunday Boot Camp at California High School in San Ramon at 9am! Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so the class can start promptly at 9:00! Cost is $15

Also, this Sunday we will be hosting the first Sunday Boot Camp in Fremont at Los Cerritos community park. This class will start at 11:00am. Please show up at least 10 minutes early! Cant wait to see who makes an appearance! Cost is $10.
